I got a fun piece of software to make quick album pages. It's called Comic Life for the iPad. It's on sale now for $8.00! Pictures look so much better when presented in a page format. I posted these images in an earlier post, but on a page they tell a story. Great way to show your images!

Amanda and Mike

A great change of pace. I got to spend the day with Amanda and Mike doing their engagement photos! Amazing spaces and a private tour of a ranch that I've always wanted to see. Can't wait for the wedding in a few weeks!

Bigger on the inside, than the outside!

This property totally floored me. I thought this was a small, dark home in the middle of the forest. Upon entering, I was totally surprised with the size and style of this house. This home is build on a hill, which opens to large spacious areas open to the forest. I'm still amazed!

Timing is everything

I had a shoot down the coast for a fantastic rental home. As I drove down the coast  in the morning there where clouds coming in. Since this was inland a couple of miles, and up the mountain a bit I beat the clouds to get the views from the house. But as nature will, this light was gone in about an hour. Fortunate that I could complete the interiors before the severe weather change.

Photography For Real Estate

I've been fortunate to be working with some great real estate agents the past few years. With the advent of the Internet, it's become important that the images of property for sale be nothing short of spectacular. Here's a before and after of a recent home. Although the before image isn't bad, it leaves a lot of exterior details out of the image. You also miss small details like small window over the couch. The after image helps set the mood and tempo of the home. It also reproduces well in magazines and flyers. As realty professionals, you should consider professional photography to help sell the home
